I caught a cold

I am just not bothered to rotate the photo. Went to gym yday for 1.5hrs. Woke today and can feel sore all over. 

I did leg extension and leg curls x4 each. The leg push x4 lat machine x3/4 rowing 1km running 28mins chest press x3

Abit do squat. 

Met YW yday. Kinda good chat. Will meet again for dune.

Also. Caught cold in Taiwan. Suspect is because of jiufen cold weather.

Met with Zoe on my last night in Taiwan. Good catch up. Hope she is managing her mental health well! 

Also, didn't manage to meet Gloria xx cos I was sick... TT. 

Earn 16k last two weeks approx. Whee

Decided to buy x3 from kaufu cos the price is cheap. 

This week long week ahead cos a lot of work sht to do...

Not sure if I left my umbrella in the first hotel or I forgot to pack it.

My gut feeling says it's the earlier. 

The trip is OK. Just follow the tour and have some time with family. Looking forward to meetup with Zoe tomorrow!

Finally visited sun moon lake but if you ask me, it is a tourist trap.

Bought can of tea and some ling Zhi for myself.
