Went to hosp today. Doctor diagnosed me with hemorrhoid. :l I decided to do a colonscopy just to be safe.

The procedure will be on Tuesday next week. Let's see

I just want to idle away right now until morning. Without any intention or purpose. 
Not worrying about tomorrow
And just do. Without consequences

First EPLgw for 20/21
Liverpool won 4-3, Salah hat trick.

Leeds looks good.. Very aggressive. Whenever they have the ball, you can see 4-5 players level with our defenders, waiting to run for the ball which willp pass into space behind. 

My fantasy sucks though.

OH, and got major water leakage at home on Thursday night

Very bad. It was because the water tank above, the ball that controls the flow of water, was broken.

weird dream.

So the dream revolves around a guy in a place. The guy was sightseeing /foreign at this place. He later group up with another two pax. They were touring this area and saw the incoming group from opposite side were drenched. He realized that this was because one section up ahead was open, no roofing. He knew this because he visited there from the other side previously.

Then there was this scene where they parted ways. The guy /me was waiting for a 3:30 flight. While waiting I was thinking maybe can go eat something...

Then another scene where we were in a cruise ship. We landed in this port city in India called Sustainable. There some of the cruise ship tourists were chilling at a coffee shop. 

Last scenes was whereby the guy found out one of the girl the met earlier was involved with another guy who pretended to attack her. So, he was running to alert everyone abt their wrongdoing, whilst the girl and the 'bad guy' was chasing him from behind. 

The guy/me pass through a guard who then joined forces with the girl and started to follow /chase from behind. 

The guy managed to reach the group but he was couldn't talk to them as they were in a swimming session. The girl then approached the guy with a knife, and teached him how to swim by using the knife as a model.

-went for a run today. First one in weeks! Very bad timing, like 10m for 1k. Zzz.. Need to get back in fitness level
-meditated. Good job! Need to keep this ada habit. I time it from 30m and let it slowly build up from there

-tomo ramen is nice, the miso soy milk. But the spicy one I ordered is a no no
-finish reading my current books before starting new one! You are better of recapping those books you read before too!

back to habitica

I realised, though I have made some good steps forwards on my trading and reading, I am still slacking in some other aspects.

Decided to go back to habitica to sort my daily life. I have reduced the minutes but increased the sessions so that it is more feasible. Ie 2x 30m instead of 1x 60m

CMCO is looking like a good bridge between before and after covid. I was qing at ikea today. Long q but no one is complaining (everyone knows it is part of it now, qing). A lot of people though.

CMCO extended

Our cmco is now extended until June. I think that is a good idea, health wise. Not sure how badly this will hit the poor and small biz even further.

Hopefully everyone will be fine. Most importantly, they will have the determination and will to come back stronger. (and stay healthy throughout)

3) baked another round of bread..more or less the same like the previous one. Good crispy edges. Buttery insides. I like

Observation: CMCO

Went out today for the first time since they have announced CMCO.

Drove out to DJ to tapau lunch, then head to Tmn Mega for bakery stuff, before heading to Starling's supermarket & then back home

What did I notice?
A lot of cars, seems like back to usual already in terms of the number of cars on the roads. Having said that, it was easy to find parking (which means not everyone is 100% out back to pre covid).Nee

In TTDI, I think there are more shops open for business, but in Tmn Mega, most shops are still close re Magnum Toto etc.

Restaurants in DJ and Tmn Mega only provide for take away/ delivery only. What does this means? Less income for the food & beverage industry, coupled with a higher cost of operations (sanitizers, temperature check controller, fixed employees - unless they cut them down, ingredients unused which cannot last goes to waste). When it is fully reopen, the F&B also cannot operate at full capacity due to the required social distancing.

We are also required to queue up in most places, which is trying to control the volume of patrons at each shop.

I think generally people are also more conscious and wary about these matters.

Having said that, I do feel that this is the new normal. And businesses that can operate in this manner will be able to survive through this unfortunate climate. Those which are cash rich, less capital intensive, low maintenance will be probably one of the few good companies to keep your eye on them. You can start to research on these companies.

In theory, tech companies and tech related companies are good place to start. FB, GOOG, MSFT are top picks. TWTR NVDA too
You have to rationalise moving forward what does covid bring to them and out of the pandemic what they can bring forward to better the place.

3 Grateful Things:-
1- Awareness of my body. Observing its status. I have been meaning to go for a medical checkup but didnt due to the lockdown. Let's see in the next few weeks if this is possible
2- Talk by Conrad. Picked up a few tips. He is still bearish but the charts/ markets are currently bullish. If SPY break upwards (above the fibonacci, then we might be looking at a strong bull run). Having said that, there is a lot of mixed bull / bear indicators
1) President election year = bullish
2) January barometer - bearish
3) Sell in May and go away - bearish
4) poor economy results (likely but not confirmed) - bearish

coronavirus

Malaysia is on MRO, movement restriction order from 18-31 March due to the covid19, to prevent it from spreading further and managing the risk at the moment

In the meantime, played element TD and xherosiege on warcraft 3 with chew.

Played FM again. Managed this 2nd tier Dutch team FC dorchecht. Bought a lot of free players, and sold some of them for 100-200k. Lol. Hopefully can get promotion in my second season with them.

liverpool out!

Good performance from Liverpool vs atletico.

They kept attacking from the start. Got what they deserved when Gini equalized. Should have see it off in normal time if not for our poor finish.

Then Adrian made a bad mistake. :( conceded a goal from nowhere. That gives atletico the drive to defend harder, play their game and they countered, and scored another.

In the end, I am happy with the performance. Unfortunate result.

new PM

Malaysia today appointed a new PM after a week's long fiasco in the political scene. We appointed Muhiyiddin, who collaborated with the opposition ie BN / UMNO to obtain a majority vote (this is according to them and Agong) among the MPs.

This is not what we the people want, but we have to accept for the time being. Have faith that the right people, the politician who is currently fighting for us, will no doubt continue their hard work against this poorly arranged, heavily self-interested politicians.

I know that those who have conscience will continue their struggle against the corrupted. What we can do now is continue to believe in them and not give up hope. 

Even if they (the corrupt) get into power now, no doubt those who betrayed the people will get their backlash in the next election. 😊

Happy that I manage to find time to do my meditation practice yesterday, though I need to improve on the duration.

Lunch time, saw diyana and chew eating at one restaurant. As we were going to other places to eat, saw chew again, this time he is eating alone, eating pork noodle. He is supposed to eat with di but wants to finish this bowl of pork noodle first.

- Revised to remove the visiting China and UK for now

hiking: Bukit Saga 2020

I was not that surprised when I heard from yeeli two weeks back that she was going to hike Bkt. Saga. I have been waiting to get confirmation from someone that Bkt Saga was still open. She did that for me. Thank you Yeeli!

We went there yesterday. Emily, jyi, yf and Wang Wei. We got off to a bad start as the construction path was Muddy and it sinks in easily, and goes in deeply too.

Once we passed that, then we start the climb up. The path was A (from the residence). I realized during this hike how steep Saga really is. Wow. Each time you look up and can see the angles.  Like a very steep staircase. Crazy. 😂

We took about 1.5hrs to reach the peak. There was a guy who was sharing with us that there will be a group that is hiking to the lookout point. To and from will take approximately four hours. Wished I could have join them.
