dbkl called saying that they have received my complaint and will.take action on the matter. they then asked if they could close the case, I was like whaaat? lol and they do not provide me with a contact no nor a ticket to track the progress.
plan probably just go ahead with the cutting and then see how.
have to inform the rest abt it first
