Morning. Went to Permaisuri Park with Danny C Yee for a walk. We ended up running the last two rounds around the lake and I had to carry total weight of 9kg which is more than 10% of my body weight. 

We had soft boiled egg and coffee after. Wouldn't mind coming back to this komune to hang out
