1) Liverpool finished 5th in the league, behind their derby rivals Everton
Tottenham is now two games away from securing the UCL last spot ahead of Arsenal
2) Liverpool sold Owen, Arsenal sold Vieira :)
3) Dodgy season they both have in the league, but in the UCL they were unstoppable
