Spent time with nephew Brandon. He is not bad but just like every other kid in the world, of course he can be better. Even I can / should be better.
Happy with my decision to go for a run before having my dinner and doing most of my tasks before sleeping.
Going out with chui li today then tmr hiking with Yen.
