Woke up at 5ish and played with telescope 

Woke up, did the silly thing of shorting fcpo and refuse to exit /stop loss

Went out for lunch with Tricia and Catherine @ undisclosed Location. 

Met with Jody in the evening. 

Yesterday managed to seal my 3k rental. Hope all goes well. This is good. One down. Hopefully the low rental is worth it by giving me hassle free tenant. 

Played badminton with Qin Keith Yau and ping. Managed to get Qin boon n yen for Sunday badminton. excited!
