Adelaide 2012

Last day here: recap:
Day 1 - Monday - ate Bo bing (Chinese popiah) seems like got good market here, could probably do the same in KL perhaps? Then walked myself to North Adelaide and back. Passed by my uni looks so diff now. Went to old AIESEC office, changed too but somethings still there eg brazil flag, map, some furniture and the cabinets.

Day 2 - met up with Faith

Day 3 - met up with Aleks, bought some presents

Day 4 - visited port Adelaide dolphin cruise

Day 5 - visited whispering wall, Tunanda, Maggie Beer Farm, Jacob's creek and ate some middle Asia cuisine for dinner. Bought a wine called Sangiovese, a Cabernet paste from Maggie beer and enjoyed the wine tasting at Jacobs. ;)

Was very sleepy

first 10km

my leg want to break liao but it was great feeling! at the end i was really pushing myself (though i ended up walking, but i did run at few points!)

haha.. next run, bring it on!

marathon and life.

i am going for a 10km run this Sunday. Its going to be awesome! I think its a test to see how can i cope with the run. I've been jogging alot lately... I think my stamina increased, but still, whether I can make the 10.8km run in time is still another thing to consider. anyways... hopefully my training would suffice for me to reach the end line within 90minutes.

i am jobless. but meeting alot of friends recently. will meet even more... i ll be even travelling to aussie... awesome time.. i hope. :) time to catch up with people and all.. though of course, i dont know who to ask out... and I dont really want to get i ntouch with poeple and end up not having much to say... :$ i dont like fake chats. haha.

anyway.
=) this week was certainly interesting to somewhat extent.. :D

i am collecting my gifts. again for charity water but with a higher goal set out this year :)

been jogging more than usual (but weight remains relatively the same). felt my stamina gone up, but i think the main obstacle is still the mental block.... hope everything turns out OK next week! ^_^

i joined the std chart marathon with Calvin, CheeMeng and Tricia. target? just wanna finish the race within given time!

Day out

Went out last night with robbie, Katherine, Aaron, devern and Carolyn. I wanted to take them to pj area but we ended up hanging ard kl instead. At first me and Robbie went to hutong, where I showed him the ghee Hiang biscuits. We had pork ball noodles. Later when everyone arrived, we went for mamak before we ordered a 3l asahi, of which I drank 3 glasses. It was alot to me. This morning I took them to publika for some food, then ttdi for cendol, before we drove to klang for Bkt. Unfortunately, the Bkt we went for, most of the things were out of stock. Hmm then we went for massage, I had Thai. Really interesting experience (my first time In kl). Now I m in airport with robbie, sending him off... Bon voyage!

Leaving

I am going to miss so many ppl that I am leaving behind. Some, as close as we are, we may not meet again anymore. It's not that we don't want to, we just do not have that common activity to do so. Some are still okay as we may still able to go out, if they call me out, that is...

I never thought the emotions and friendships made will be so strong and so close. I may even regret leaving them! But of course, ppl move on and working together should nt be the thing that keeps us together. If we are close, no matter where we are, it doesn't change that. :)

I hope to see everyone From office again sometime, somewhere, somehow. ;)

watched The Soul of Bread (愛的麵包魂) and Dark flight over the weekend.

enjoyed the first, meaningful story.. was thinking of dling the song la vien en rose~ will see how... haha still trying to find the right cover... i think the original is too old for us to appreciate.

anyway, big decision tomorrow i think, but its about time right? time time time~

Today in my life

Yday played wonders and resistance. Resistance really not bad everyone even cat seemed quite into it.

This morning was supposed to go hiking but due to the rain, Yukky Adeline and myself went to antipodean for some English breakfast! It's really good, worth the wait (we waited abt 15 minutes for a table)

We also bought lottery the no? 1111 *fingers crossed!

Then send Yukky back home and go back and rest. Along the way I dropped her at pudu to collect something fr her friend. She bought her iphone car charger and mats for her myvi. I ended up buying wiper for my car :)

Demotivated

Lazy to work. Zzzz lack of umph to perform my responsibilities. Help!

Kai ma pai kai yeh, I pai mummy and kammo pai bohboh. So many ppl I think they must be having a good time. First time I pok the 20c mom already reach (usually take me a few times one)

I visited zoo Lipis. The animals are quite sad and living condition is horrible!! Planning to call that zoo icac...
