 besides reading the news and writing the impact down

i think i can also just do less , but more purposeful

ie i don't have to read just for the sake of reading, i should read some intent, ie read things that are relevant to what i want to achieve.


what i am happy with today

1) know my limit, did not push to run further as i want to save my willpower for something else

2) did not proceed to finish what i wanted to... which is good as this is an exercise of self control

3) met up with friends, had an awesome korean dinner. tried yuk hoe and bibim guksu --> this is quite good. the rest of the bbq is awesome 


what i can do better

1) focus and do what you should be doing, rather than what you want to do.

2) i feel like maybe i m putting too much things to do on my list, perhaps need to change it  a bit due to my current commitments.
