i met up with my kaima, to pass her something and hugged her really tight. kammo pass her some medicine while i hugged her tightly from behind. she was sick in the dream and was helped by my 2nd uncle

then, kammo and jo2 went home first on crv, i drove my baby wish. the scene was in uptown. i asked catherine out i think we both went into this shop with nancy i think or someone else. it was really odd when i was in the shop because i've been there before, and they only have two popular drinks, the girl, lets just call her nancy because thats what my mind "saved" it as. she ordered the 2nd popular drink and i thought that i ordered the first one before already but i dont recall!!

in the end i ordered some drink served on a shark shaped container (yes container not cup/glass) but when the waitress shows us how to play with it, it turns out its a crocodile

anyway later cat followed me home. i told her to teman me and she did for awhile... until i remembered i got a phone chat coming soon (which is really what aboutt o happen later in real time) so i offered her my car if she needs to go, which she did! the scene we were in was villa flora.

i took something out to prepare for my phone chat ( though it seems i was carrying a lot of boxes) i saw a shoe box that was written Yi on it, which is my 2 aunty's name.

tiring weekend for the wrong reasons

did not worked as much as intended.

annual dinner on friday. it was hawaiian. felt strange and a lil awkward with the dressing i have to say. realised that people are just people.. not too different from one another in the end. i just hate the fact so much.. though I accept it as part of the business/working world. sigh...

jen! :) (L) she's here in malaysia!!! Malaysia!!!! hahaha... went to orphanage on saturday, not to visit the kids but the worker there. it didnt feel like we moved on much, though I think we surely did. took her and her other intern buddies, jay(dutch) & miki (jap) to KTZ. =)

sunday. KL tower + KLCC + Petaling Street with jen and miki. time well spent, did not feel guilty for not doing anywork. Happy to spent time with them. Miki is soooooo cute! Just how she lives up to the Asian image of taking photos of everything and anything is just unbelievable! LoL. I think i can see it that jen is tolerating her to some extent. :) Goodie old' Jen! hope they won't reach to the boiling point..

went for Sakae Sushi for lunch. happy to see that Miki enjoyed the meal a lot. Hoping that miki is not too calculative with Jen, :(

reached home around 6ish. showered. rest. worked. left home for fatty crab dinner.

this year, the cny has not been of any celebration, not to me. it seems like as i am getting older, feelings and emotions for certain things and events changed.

i no longer feel excited about special days and birthdays. to me, i feel that it is just another day for a reason to meet up with old pals and friends for a meal or drinks.

now, i even wonder what should i do with my free time, which is kind of worrying, that i might lose all my interest, in everything. lol.

but as of the moment, i m trying to develop new interests, in reading for e.g. so far its been doing average.. I hope to read more books within the next few weeks. (about to be done with Agatha Christie's)

other than that, I think i m looking to improve my relationships, not just with friends but with family as well.. its about time i guess. .lol.. meeting new friends, rebonding with the old ones.. it will be interesting... to rebuild and expand my social side... :D

plan ahead - i've decided to apply for exchange again, with the view of going on the exchange at the end of 2009. we'll see how things goes... :)

relationship with special someone - thought alot about it, want it alot, but in the end , i think there are things that isnt quite the time yet. there are certain people that made me feel wanting more, but thats as far as it goes, or it should go, for now. don't want another long distance or fragile start to a relationship anymore~~~

work - opportunities to learn are applenty. we'll see how it goes after the new year. i dont like stagnantation. hopefully i can see more of the bright side of work soon. ;)

life is only dull when you do not want to make it any better. i do. so. i will plan ahead... things i want. and we'll move step by step from there :)

bought ticket from an aunty worth USD70 for USD65.

and I think what people said about how Hebe is arrogant etc, I m starting to get a feeling that its just that she is more of an introvert person than the other two. She's talented, but she's not a performer.. She is a Christina Aguilera, not Britney Spears.

not your daily routine

finally, for the first time in weeks i was able to get off work early.

today i was out at pekeliling lama to do stat audit. i finished around 515 so i decided its pointless for me to head back to the office. Initially i wanted to go home with ccw but because he was going home around 630, i decided to do something else.

I called Nancy out for dinner, which surprisingly she said yes. lol. thats what sitting home the whole day for a whole month can do to her.

anyways, we agreed to meet at midvalley. i took the bus. i missed my stop and ironically, i came down at the Universiti Hospital... the turning where Nancy to Fed Highway.... lol.. i had to cross the bridge and wait for a bus to come by,... in the end i took a line which i never heard before.. City Link for RM1.

we met up and had dinner at italianies. ordered Classic Pizza and Sicilian Chicken Salad. My salad was great, her pizza.. -- OK LA> lol

we talked about work and kitmun's present etc...

in the end, she sent me home in her honda civic.. aih.. i really want her car la.. lol


anyway.... it was a really nice day because its not the usual routine, which was stopping down at uptown and finding my own way home.


i came back, i fell asleep right away.. must be from yesterday's am-work. lol stupid PJB

i think this year is a great year for the world, the earth.

change. that is the theme for the year.

obama's campaign ran on the theme of hope and change.

and every other countries' polictical opposition parties followed, with huge success.

in malaysia. 2008 represents a new era. that the election signifies the beginning of public and political awareness, the will of some citizen to stand up alone against the world.

i think that, change, is something that everyone is embracing, unlike years before, where change is something people dislike and hate.

to me, 2008 is meaningful. in many different ways. 3 yee's death reminded me of my mum, and how i never thought much about her during the past few years... and the stories of her childhood that went unspoken before.

things happened in USA and China is life changing. KT Tunstall & AIESECERs. WoW.

when i was walking home today. i had that kind of home feeling. thinking about how we used to live in a family, in a house under one roof. i long for that. someday. it will be here with me again.

i thought about how i felt when i was in ny and beijing. the freedom and uncertainty that i love. how i take a walk back from the girls' house at 12am... or speaking with random people you meet in the hostel. its just amazing.

now, i m tucked down in kl. what will happen ? i hope that in 3 yrs' time, i will achieve my professional acc and then i am planning to do a secondment/MT and then come back a few years later and continue working.

job interview + license renewal

had a job interview yesterday with Moore Stephens. it was good. I guess. Have to wait till next week if my feeling is true. ;)

though however, on the same day, I got rejected by another big4. :( suxxx

Renewed my license today. :D RM30 for a year, I paid RM152 (RM2 for Admin fee). When I got my slip, it is dated until 2009... T_T Luckily I checked before I leave the Post Office. Returned to the counter to get it fixed.

its kind of weird how they, the govt are taking actions againsts the papers whom reported on the Ahmad UMNO situation. They are requestings reports/show-proof on their reported news. Isn't this like my words against yours, with the newspapers having the recordings/notes on paper ? Still, somehow the govt will triumph over it.

It is weird that UMNO apologizes for Ahmad's action, and yet, the govt (BN) is taking actions against these people. WHY?

if they have no rights to even report something real and serious like this, maybe then, we should just stop purchasing newspapers and only read global news.

One Happy Day

Yesterday was amazingly happy.

I spent. alot. more than usual. But I had a great time too.. But it would have been better if the rest of the trainees came.

The sushi was good. and it was always kinda cool spending time with Oliver, Ping and Bo. So having that Korean wine/beer(I don't know) with sprite at the side street.. was kinda interesting..

We then went to bar/club.. where I finally danced the first time.. didn't enjoy it. Don't think I ever will. So I think that will be my last scene in a club. Next time, I will head home.

Also. I think that I have to more pubs/bars here than in Malaysia + Australia combined..

reached here about 640 in the morning

the flight, was disappointing... mainly because i was anticipating the big air bus , new one... to be the carrier.. turns out its worse/lower grade than the one i took to Los Angeles and back to KL.

Anyway, I met a beijing guy at KLIA and we talked and practice my Chinese. It's kinda funny how ppl are easily influenced with our Las Los.

First money spent : 33RMB on Starbucks Coffee~ ... expensive!!! when you convert, its about 16+MYR... disappointed! esp my purpose aws to get small change to make a call to Snow... which i didnt get it at all..

Fine, then i go and bought a sim card from the seller... for RMB150! ... damn painful... when i found out from my friend inside only has RMB50 credit.. and + that I could get a simcard outside for RMB20... T_T

anyway just had a flash back of my time in boston, when I went into Macy's to the Ticketmaster to check the price of KT Tunstall's ticket.

Man, it's been one month already!

I have my fingers crossed for tomorrow, if all goes well, I'll be damned!

If not, I will think of some other ways to sort things out ^_^

Anyway, the past week was rather, more sparkling than my ordinary weeks...

hmm.. being an uncle, is definitely not easy. Its hard to imagine being a parent.

I LURRVEE spending time with them. Smart and cheeky boys they are!!

thanks to Boston. if I didnt go there, i wouldn't have got the weekly dig, which then made me realised that she was performing in Boston, which I wasn't able to make it cos I will be in NY by then... which made me checked if she is going to perform in NY, WHICH SHE WAS AND OMG!
