just came back from pd, tmr starting work.
anna and joann's grad gift to me has yet to work in any of the comps i tried today. :(
talked about alot of things during pd trips. i teared at one point when i was telling honseng how i feel about them. quite emo
after that, i woke up and accepted that change is something people face. brace it

it was working fine before u left ADL, what did u do to it? How did u pack it? I assumed you didn't carry it on. This is a fragile item, cannot be dropped or apply any hard pressure on. Hope you will figure out what it can't work now because it did work before.

erm.. i pack it onto the check in, wrap it with the cloth and bubble wrap. i did the same with my other hdd and its fine.
ccw tried it and it made his pc hang
so i dunno. i ll prolly bring to the WD here and see how. i am also asking sister to send over my hdd
luckily i took a snap shot of the back of the HD ... i will try to contact WD about ur problem, but can you describe in detail what is wrong.
basically u plug it in, it runs, light lights up, computer detects the hdd, install it but then when u want to access the hdd, its not accessible and then ccw's computer got hanged when he try to open it, my another friend's laptop's usb stop working. it worked only after he restarted the laptop. two other computers also can detect but cant access and then it hangs the computer.
will get back to u once i contacted the support at WD.
