Update on HPH & Weekend
I have went with Habitfull and Habitica for tracking my habits/things to do on a day-to-day basis. I would recommend Habitica toANYONE who wants to build up a good habit, or stop a bad habit. Out of all habit building apps, this is the one that comes with full features without having to pay a single cent. You only need to pay if you want a an improved hero (it is a part game too)
I have also installed a pomodoro app to help me study. I tried it on Friday and it works, not efficient enough but at least it works to some extent. Will keep it up.
I am also using an app called AppBlock. My my I think this is the app that is worth paying if you feel you are spending too much time on IG and Youtube.
So I done most of my goals thus far except for reading news yesterday night and exercise this morning (which I still can make it as long as I do it before 12 tonight)

Weekend activities
Imperial 2030 + PR Friday night
HL won Imperial and KS won PR (tied with me on golds and points, won by having a corn!)
Imperial was good I think, but I made the mistake of investing too fast. Should have kept some money instead of keep investing when I had the chance.
PR was a fast game but I should have taken the custom house instead of the statue
I also watched Jumanji this morning. That was good too!

Oh yeah, I had a bad flu since Thursday. So I have been consuming the following so far:-
- Ginger + Lemon/Apple juice
- 100 Plus
- Porridge
- Vege + Rice
- Kimchi
- Pomegranate juice
- Water, a lot of water
- Tea
- Honey + yogurt
- Cereal + milk
- Fish head noodle
- Potato chips (BAD i know)

Update on HPH
For the past two days, I have been drawing out goals and sub-goals, both for life and 2020 in the following categories:
- Health
- Friends
- Intimate Relationship
- Family
- Spirituality
- Emotions
- Work/Mission
- Finance
- Hobby
- Adventure
I also accept that I need to find my "Why" on committing my time into these activities. That will help me stay on course and push myself to work on it harder. I will also complete this within the next few days.
So let's see

Dream 10/12
Homo Deus
The book begins by talking abt the change in how we approach famine, plague & war since the early civilisation (it is becoming lesser of a problem as we advance our civilisation with technology & improvements. People are less likely to starve to death than overeating .
Whereas many people died due to plague in the past, the number of deaths have been reducing as we progress forward. From millions (Black Death 1330s) down to tens of thousands (Ebola 2014). Wars is now rarer than ever and most countries will put war as a last option. Countries benefit more from trading with their competitors than waging war with them.
Now with our tech advancements, we are looking to prolong life, or even live on forever. And if this does come true, it may affect our marriage (will "till death do us apart" still applies?), our career (changing career in your 50s may not be deem "too late" anymore)
Right to happiness
How should we measure a successful life/country? By income/GDP or by happiness/GDH?
Should we consume drugs in order to stay happy? What if once we gain our happiness, in order to achieve the similar feelings, we need to strive for the experience again (promotion, falling in love)?
To attain real happiness, humans need to slow down the pursuit of pleasant sensations, not to accelerate it.
Be a better human version, by biological engineering, non-organic & cyborg.
Biological is done by doing the rewiring of the DNA etc, cyborg is attaching a bionic attachment onto a human.
And if everyone in the near future is making biological improvement to their babies, would you? If you do not, then your kid may be left behind in class / work.
Lawns are a sign of your wealth (That is the history of lawns). If you are rich, you can afford to maintain a luscious garden.

I didnt write it after that.. :D
just gonna post this out
Games I tried on Origin
I just played this today and finished playing it already. A solid game like FTL where once you finished the game, you just want to have a go at it again to see the different combinations of robots/mechs can lead you to the end. I finished the game twice in -3-5 hours? Decided to uninstall it after because it will be too additive.

Korea
I will be going home in less than 8hrs.
How do I feel?
Traveling alone gives me a lot of time to think. And wonder. Usually I will have a lot of to do list when I am about to head home. But..... upon reaching home, all these things to be done are left behind.
Emotions. Currently feeling a bit more. Maybe I am overthinking. How I wish things will be different when I go back home, but I know it wouldn't.
To accept that it wouldn't will make me feel better, I think. Or should I strive to push for a change, a breakthrough?
It is not as bad as I am writing, nor as difficult. Everyone, it must people encounters or suffers from it. The comfort or ease of the sense of knowing, the comfort of familiarity.
Alone by myself feels good in the sense that I don't feel pressure. I don't sigh. I just, relaxed. :)
Back to reality. Things to learn, habits to stop, books to read, tasks to solve.

Obsessed
I think I am supposed to write about something else but I cannot remember what was it I wanted to write.
Anyway I have been binging on YouTube videos on Chinese reality shows, mainly those relating to produce 101 china girls.
Kinda interesting to watch certain episodes, and see how they develop themselves and their personal life.
I watched a matching show two weeks back and it was great. Couldn't stop watching it (2 hours per episode). An happy that the two guys I like end up with the girls they were chasing.

Brief history of Humankind (spoilers)
I will elaborate on what I think about the book. The book starts of discussing about the general history of humankind, specifically, the Homo sapiens, how it manage to survive and conquer the other similar Homo species, even though it is not the strongest physically. And humans are so good at hunting that they caused the extinction of some large mammals.
After that, it talks about the revolutions that led us to where we are now. The Cognitive Revolution: where Homo sapiens learn more about the world, communication and writing.
The Agricultural Revolution: where "we" started to settle in a location and learn to grow our own food instead of constantly hunting and moving about, and how our body and mind started to evolve/change due to this. Our diet used to be a variety of food (whatever we can hunt/ gather/ forage) vs now where it is more constant of the same type of food (growing the same rice/ corn year in, year out). And, instead of living free without worry, now we are constantly thinking about the next harvest, whether it will be good or bad. Without the Agricultural Rev, we will not have the size of the population as we have now. The hunting-gathering period requires nimble and small pack of humans, does not cater to big group.
As part of the growth, there is more rules and protection required. Rules to ensure nobody steals and protection from other people invading and stealing the village's food. Here is where the various empires begin to emerge, along with 'imagined order', new languages (mathematics) and taxes.
Human created their own internal hierarchy
The "unification" of humankind was through three factors: monetary, imperialism and religion.
Imperialism, through time, converts locals into believing they are part of the empire. Instead of recognising themselves as their local identify and culture, they adopted the culture and practices of the empire who conquered them (that they very likely hated at the start of colonisation)
Religion also gather people who are outside a community to unite under the same purpose. Religion also includes communism and capitalism.
Scientific Revolution: An evergrowing feedback loop. with resources, you do research whereby new discoveries allow the country to develop powerful weaponry to increase their power. Increased in power to conquer more countries leads to more resources. This is also the period where human start to develop a questioning mind (compared to earlier when they accept what is taught by their respective religion)
As humans are curious creature, we started to do more exploration and research. Through exploration, they are able to find new lands to conquer. By conquering, it promises them more resources for trading to increase their wealth (capitalism in play), all these are done at the expense of the local native tribes/ empires
Industrial Revolution: access to more energy and manpower than ever before --> leading to parabolic growth in economy (production). Have we actually consider the livelihood of the chickens in the production line? It seems that instead of treating slaves poorly, we are treating the cattles and chickens poorly for our consumption (happiness?). It also talks about consumerism as the new culture/religion - making us buy more and more products in the market (enriching the big companies - ie the new empires)
The book briefly talks about how the world is now more peaceful than before, where based on a percentage count, the death rate through war/crime is higher then compared to the present. I disagree to some extent on this comparison because there are many more people/human now than before, but I think it makes sense as there are less wars these days compared to the medieval times etc.
Happiness - after all that human have achieved, are we really happy? How do we measure our progress? We should be happier than the people who have lived 10,000yrs ago, but are we? We have develop chemical solution to maintain the happiness level (Prozac). But the problem we realised is that happiness is never permanent. Buddhist teach us to contentment, to accept life as is. There is bound to be ups and downs in life, so the solution is we should not chase the ups and accept the downs. We should reduce our pursuit for happiness (extrinsic or intrinsic).
The books end with talking about human acting as life creator and consider its ethics and morality. Although we are now able to use technology to cure many diseases and provide replacement limbs for many people (arms, legs), we are also able to create new life in the lab. What are the consideration we should take when we are making the decision whether to create a new life/species?

Replacing my monitor
I received my 43inch monitor but there was a problem with it. I need to get it replaced at puchong and preferably on the same day. The shop closes at 10pm. I asked Ccw and cm but they both can't make it at the time I want.
I scroll down on my WhatsApp and I found Anna. I recalled she telling me that she got no plans for the night so I asked her this:
"This is weird but are you free now? I need a hand to help me carry a monitor to a shop in puchong to do replacement." she said OK. And FYI, Anna is a Tinder match that I've just met once (first time on Tuesday this week).
Hahaha. Anyway I got it replaced and we went to murni for supper. Talked about stuff family etc and we ended up having an ideal dating app that we both think it might sell! #exciting!
Dropped her home and reached home around 1+? Fixed my monitor and just crashed on the chair.

MARRIAGE.
I dreamt a mix of things, but there is a life lesson to it. I was getting married to someone, someone that I am OK with, but I do not love. When we are signing the paper, I look at my partner, and I was like.. What? Is her? Why am I marrying her? Oh no, I do not have many things to talk to her. I do not even like her that much. Why did I say yes in the first place, or Why did I make such proposal?!?
I got so freak out from it.And I felt at that time it was too late to say no to the wedding. I was thinking to myself, maybe we can carry on and I can get a divorce later. It is no big deal, quite normal these days. Or don't even need to divorce, just life your own respective life.
And I woke up. I realise, WOW.I am given a second chance. haha. Do not do this. Must blog about it to keep a reminder.

It was a strange dream. Earlier it was me hanging out for lunch with Ks n SY at a hawker corner lot. Ccw joined us later. I shared the loca...
