If you have a laptop, you can essentially scan your documents anywhere at anytime. In your car, while you are rushing to work, all you need to do is just plug it in and scan you documents. Scan2Contacts is the business scanner and software for Microsoft Outlook. It is easy to use and if you are a Microsoft Outlook user you will like it a lot as it is fully integrated into the program. It is the only program that allows you to scan the business cards directly into Microsoft Outlook.
